Hello, my name is Tess, my sessions are client led, creating the space for you to explore your world at your own pace. I hope to support you in exploring your life in a different way, to begin to recognize and understand your habitual responses and behavioural patterns, to develop self-compassion and to learn to be with, and to integrate, all parts of yourself.
